Trade discounts flow through the procurement layer—you choose vendors and keep the accounts you've built.
Set markup per schedule item or apply project defaults. Markup applies to item cost (plus platform fee for O&O-sourced goods)—never to shipping. Client price is firm cost basis times one plus markup, plus shipping. Your margin stays visible to your team and private from clients until you choose otherwise.
The studio platform is free: no monthly subscription, no per-seat fee, and no setup charge. Object & Order earns a five percent platform fee on item cost when you purchase O&O-sourced goods through integrated procurement. Self-sourced orders have no platform fee. You mark up from firm cost for your client—the same way you work today.
